PVA Boys' Tryouts 10u -18u
Sunday, November 5th 2:30-4pm.
Invite a friend! The Season is from November - February.
$25 Tryout Fee.
Total Cost for Season $800
4 payments of $200
( November - February)
Cost Includes:
Practices twice a week. apparel,
tournament entry fees, coaches stipends,
equipment, & training.
Payments must be made at PVA either, Cash, Check or CC.
EVALUATION CHECKLIST
The following must be brought to Tryouts! All players will be placed by age and ability. See "Forms & Links" for necessary paperwork and links
- Athletes please wear t-shirt, athletic shorts and athletic shoes.
- Register on PVA Website (Required)
- AAU Membership (2017 - 2018) This must be renewed yearly. There is a $14 annual fee for this membership. Please add our PVA Club Code WWE7DF when you register.
- AAU Medical Release - Notarized
- USAV Medical Release - Notarized
- PVA Liability Waiver
- PVA Photo and Internet Release
- PVA Handbook Agreement Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- $25 Evaluation/Tryout Fee
